I was experiencing urinary urgency, mild to moderate loss of control and pain during intercourse. My doctor recommended Pelvic Floor Muscle Training with a 75-90% improvement rate and I’m very pleased that I did. I learned from a professional Physical Therapist who was sensitive and knowledgeable. It took a few steps in lifestyle changes, some bladder retraining and pelvic muscle exercises to help reduce leaks. The results were noticeable after a couple of sessions with the therapist and I have improved significantly in all areas upon continuing my therapy for a few addition weeks. As I continue to practice what I learned, not only did I gain control over my original symptoms, I’ve seen improvements in other areas, like balance, coordination and posture. My experience was extremely positive and I highly recommend this work.
